Sustainable Manufacturing Business Model

This project focuses on how Jaguar Land Rover can transition towards a sustainable business model, using bonus-malus and triple bottom line mechanisms to deliver a manufacturing business model for sustainable profit.

 

  • Aligning TBL reporting with objectives and risks
  • Full Cost Accounting (FCA)
  • Determining and measuring performance indicators
  • Development of bonus – malus system for factors which are currently intangible
